Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience, healthcare preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication.
• Proficiency in processing check and credit card payments.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to post revenue for billing accurately and consistently.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with various AR/financial software applications.

• Maintain strong working relationships with the sales team and provide support.

• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
