Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting administrative work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
• Experience with tangible product billing.
• High professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily generation and distribution of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments; process payments and apply cash receipts.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Follow up on past-due accounts via email and phone.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end AR reconciliation.
