Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Rosemont, IL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage payment processing, invoicing, and collection efforts across designated regions. You will initiate direct deposits, post to customer accounts, and collaborate with distribution centers to secure timely payments.

Responsibilities include analyzing aging reports, supporting training sessions for associates, and ensuring accurate transfer of ownership between entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience.
• CPA or Master’s Degree preferred at Reyes Holdings

Responsibilities

• Initiate direct withdrawal and deposit of funds from customer accounts or posting to customer credit cards.
• Manage payment processing, bookkeeping, and collection efforts for invoices in designated regions.
• Handle overdue accounts and coordinate with distribution center general managers to secure payment.
• Assist in preparation and presentation of training sessions for associates and other departments; manage the group email box.
• Analyze outstanding invoice aging reports and propose actions to recover balances.
• Manage timely and accurate transfer of ownership of customer stores and banking changes between entities.
• Perform root cause analysis on payment issues and implement preventive steps.
• Other duties as assigned.
