Raymond West in Reno, NV is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage past-due accounts and communicate with customers to resolve balances. This role relies on Billtrust and internal processes to minimize delinquent receivables while maintaining professional relationships.

You will handle high-volume calls and emails daily, document status updates, and collaborate with the team to implement effective collection actions in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a solid understanding of the Accounts Receivable process.
• Experience with handling collections and customer communication is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers by phone or email to determine reasons for past due payments.
• Work from Billtrust platform to reduce past due balances.
• Review Billtrust to ascertain status of collections and outstanding balances.
• Record information about financial status of customers and collection efforts.
• Initiate collection actions per due date and notify mgt of risks.
• Process credit card transactions and follow up on disputed accounts.
• Maintain organized customer records and follow the documented collection process.
• Handle high volume calls/emails daily and provide timely follow-ups.
