Randstad USA is recruiting on behalf of our client in Brea for an Accounts Receivable Administrator. You will manage daily cash applications, bank reconciliations, and credit operations within a collaborative accounting team. This temp-to-hire role offers a guaranteed hire timeline and the opportunity to partner with clients and internal stakeholders.

Prior NetSuite and advanced Excel skills are essential. You will support multi-state sales tax compliance, audit prep, and billing documentation

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years of NetSuite experience (must have).
• Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS (must have).
• Experience in construction or inventory-based industries (nice to have).
• Strong written and verbal communication; client & senior management collaboration (must have).
• Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance and audit prep (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily cash applications and bank reconciliations.
• Process payments, issue credit memos, and prepare SOV billing docs.
• Support multi-state sales tax compliance and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for collections and compliance.
