Brooks Safety Solutions, part of the Commercial Fire family, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to help ensure accurate billing and timely cash inflows. You will prepare and submit invoices through customer portals, post payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

The role requires organization, strong communication skills, and comfort with phone-based collection calls. Collaboration with teammates is essential as billing requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and changing customer demands.
• Team oriented and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Invoicing: Edit and submit customer invoices per customer requirements.
• Payments and Reconciliation: Post customer payments and reconcile receipts to keep accounts accurate.
• Collections and Customer Contact: Make collection calls on outstanding balances and respond to invoice questions.
• Additional Duties: Support special projects as they arise.
