Brooks Equipment Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our safety solutions team. You will handle invoicing, post payments, and reconcile receipts for a nationwide customer base.

You will also perform collections calls on past-due accounts and support special projects. Strong Excel, organization, and communication skills are required in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work under deadline pressure.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Invoicing: Edit and submit customer invoices per requirements.
• Payments and Reconciliation: Post payments and reconcile receipts.
• Collections and Customer Contact: Make calls on past-due balances.
• Additional Duties: Support special projects as needed.
