Done Right Hood & Fire Safety Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in New York. You will manage invoicing, payments, and collections to keep jobs billed promptly and balances current.

The ideal candidate has strong AR knowledge, proficiency with QuickBooks, and a track record of accuracy in a fast‑paced service environment. You will coordinate with operations to close out jobs and reconcile accounts.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Strong understanding of the full AR cycle, from invoicing through payment collection.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and the ability to adapt to new billing systems.

Responsabilités

• Customer Invoicing: Prepare and send accurate customer invoices promptly upon job completion.
• Payment Application: Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile payments against outstanding invoices.
• Payment Processing: Process credit card and other customer payments, ensuring transactions are recorded correctly.
• Collections: Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and secure timely payments.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Job Closeout & Billing: Coordinate with operations to ensure proper closeout and invoicing.
