Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile customer payments including cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Handle collections on past-due accounts with professional courtesy.
• Create, submit, and track customer invoices, including online portals.
• Manage customer accounts from setup through ongoing maintenance.
• Research and resolve disputed invoices and billing discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain monthly consolidated billing reports.
• Prepare weekly billing statements and current account status reports.
• Be a go-to resource for AR questions; respond promptly and professionally.
