Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing, project-based, or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Apply and reconcile customer payments, including identifying and resolving unapplied or unidentified cash.
• Monitor AR aging and perform collection activities on past-due accounts.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment status, and invoice discrepancies.
• Research and resolve billing disputes with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and AR records within the ERP system.
• Assist with AR reports, aging reports, cash forecasts, and other financial information.
