Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is recruiting for a contract role to support Samsung through external staffing partners. You will be employed by AGS and work on resolving invoice discrepancies, coordinating with SAP-based processes, and providing AR status updates to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and Word skills; AI tool usage preferred

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and anticipated deductions on a daily basis
• Obtain backup information for discrepancies (shortages, RTV, pricing, freight)
• Code client line items for clearing and chargebacks in SAP
• Reconcile and resolve credit balances to avoid past due
• Provide AR status updates to resolve outstanding discrepancies with the client
• Coordinate with warehouse (LPS) for claims and POD discrepancies
• Handle special projects and provide weekly updates
• Interact with departments to ensure proper workflow and escalate appropriately
