Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Florida to manage manual charge backs in SAP, link documents, and resolve discrepancies across divisions. You will handle cash and credit processing, supplier credits, and supplier meeting documentation.

The role requires AR experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent internal/external service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience handling at least $4.0 million in receipts and 500 chargebacks weekly.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork minded.

Responsibilities

• Process manual charge backs in SAP.
• Match and link documents to chargebacks.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate with divisions to resolve issues.
• Apply cash payments from suppliers, divisions, and employees.
• Process credits issued by suppliers.
• Process grant applications as directed.
• Prepare documents for supplier meetings and imaging.
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cash processing.
