Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate (ARA) to handle client payment reconciliations, cash application, and supplier payments. The role supports multiple programs with the PMO and accounting teams, ensuring accurate month-end reporting and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in business or accounting, strong organizational skills, and high proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business or Accounting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive and reconcile client payments to invoices using VMS technology.
• Ensure supplier payments are remitted timely and accurately.
• Summarize consolidated invoices and prepare for monthly accounting/tax processes.
• Prepare supplier payment distributions and send to accounts payable.
