Responsibilities

• Process AR and collections activities to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Ensure administrative and data entry tasks are accurate.
• Contact customers to adhere to AR workflows and collect payments.
• Utilize advanced Excel to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organization.
• Support supervisor with additional tasks as needed.
