Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to support a Mechanical Contractor. You will manage AR processes, follow up on outstanding balances, post and match payments, and contact customers as needed to ensure timely collections.

Ideal candidates have AR experience and strong knowledge of ServiceTitan or QuickBooks in a team-centered environment that values quality work and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of A/R experience
• Experience with reconciliations
• Generalist admin and clerical duties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Professional image and independent work ethic
• High School Diploma required; associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Process AR and collections activities
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Ensure administrative and data entry accuracy
• Contact customers to collect payments
• Advanced Excel understanding and expertise
• Data entry and filing with strong organization
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
