Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable or similar financial role, preferably in refrigeration/industrial services.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer invoicing and collections.
• Assist customers with invoice inquiries and payment updates.
• Send statements of outstanding invoices to customers.
• Review A/R aging reports and follow up on past due balances.
• Progressive invoicing on industrial refrigeration projects.
• Support system implementations and process changes.
• Build relationships with customers and partners.
• Manage a small volume of incoming calls.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
