Job summary

Keep Supply is seeking a Product Specialist to join our Sales Team in industrial refrigeration. This phone-and-desk-based role is the go-to resource for customers with technical questions, writing quotes, researching solutions, and coordinating with vendors to ensure every customer gets what they need.

You’ll work with Sales, Accounting, and Shipping/Receiving to build loyalty by exceeding service and delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a role responsible for taking care of regular and new customers; B2B experience is a plus.
• A technical mind that genuinely enjoys figuring things out.
• Clear and adaptable communication across phone and email, with strong listening skills.
• Fun, positive, and collaborative mindset; team-oriented.
• Accountability for hitting personal and team sales forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers at the center of every decision.
• Write customer quotes and follow through, consistently looking for opportunities to go the extra mile.
• Monitor inbound phone and email inquiries and respond promptly.
• Research and answer technical product questions to help customers solve real problems.
• Work with manufacturers and vendors on product information, availability, and status.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and qualify them against our value proposition.
• Follow up with customers who need ongoing technical assistance.
• Take diligent notes on customer profiles — equipment type, parts needed, purchasing process, decision makers, and more.
• Manage communication across internal departments (Accounting, Shipping/Receiving, Sales).
• Collaborate with the team to build and hit sales forecasts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
