Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to review electronic invoicing, resolve billing issues, and ensure compliance with customer requirements. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely payments and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Responsibilities include monitoring AR aging, preparing investigation reports, and communicating effectively to resolve disputes.

Qualifications

• Proficient with web-based apps and Excel (Pivot Tables, charts, VLOOKUPs).
• Detail oriented with accurate typing.
• Able to sit for long periods and stay focused.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of credit and collections industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve invoice processing obstacles with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on findings and actions for accounts under investigation.
• Ensure compliance with customer billing requirements.
• Call customers to collect payments on outstanding balances.
• Process customer payments through the CRM.
• Close bill cycles monthly and report revenue.
• Monitor AR Aging and resolve past due balances.
• Review trial invoices monthly for correct billing.
