The role supports the Financial Shared Services team, monitors aging, and collaborates with sales, order processing, and finance to drive timely cash flow. Requirements include 2+ years in finance or accounting, a high school diploma or GED with a preferred bachelor’s degree, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in finance/accounting.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or finance experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding invoice questions and payment status.
• Monitor open accounts and follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Apply payments and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash entries; coordinate with internal teams.
• Perform account adjustments in SAP and maintain audit trails.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate variances with relevant departments.
• Support process improvements and SAP enhancement testing.
• Serve as point of contact for FSS and AR administrators.
• Compile AR aging metrics for internal financial reporting.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with finance, order processing, and customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
