Textron in Augusta, GA is seeking an AR Specialist to manage accounts receivable processes, respond to inquiries, apply payments, and maintain accurate ledgers. You will collaborate with finance and shared services, monitor aging, prepare statements, and support SAP ERP enhancements while ensuring timely collections and audit trails.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AR, MS Office proficiency, and a degree in finance or accounting. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required or preferred.
2+ years of accounts receivable or related experience.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries regarding invoice questions, payment status, and account discrepancies.
Monitor open accounts and follow up to ensure timely payment and send reminders.
Apply payments to customer accounts and resolve unapplied cash entries with accuracy.
Perform account adjustments in SAP and maintain audit trails for adjustments.
Reconcile customer accounts regularly and address discrepancies promptly.
Support process improvement and SAP enhancements testing and implementation.
Provide guidance to AR Administrators and train on AR procedures as needed.
Compile and analyze AR aging metrics for internal reporting.
