• Ensure all customer payments are processed and posted in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate and send out invoices, payment reminders, and account statements to customers
• Monitor unapplied cash and resolve application issues promptly
• Respond to inquiries regarding payments and cash applications
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers
