Qualificações

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years in accounts receivable, deductions, billing, or related accounting.
• Strong Excel, reconciliation, and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer AR, process transactions, and assist with cash application.
• Research and resolve deductions, disputes, and aging issues.
• Process volume allowances and reconcile to accounts and records.
• Prepare invoices, credits, and rebills; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and AR aging reviews.
