Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required.
• Knowledgeable with General Ledger; experience preferred.
• Experience working with large retailers is preferred.
• Proficient with SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work with other departments in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments (credit cards, electronic transfers, and lockbox) promptly.
• Generate and send invoices, payment reminders, and statements.
• Monitor unapplied cash and resolve application issues with stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payments and cash applications.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging and prioritize collections.
• Cross-train with AR team and support special projects.
