Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding invoice questions, payment status, and account discrepancies.
• Monitor open accounts and follow up to ensure timely payment; issue statements and reminders.
• Apply payments to customer accounts in SAP and resolve unapplied/misapplied cash entries.
• Perform account adjustments in SAP with proper documentation and audit trails.
• Reconcile customer accounts regularly and coordinate with other departments to resolve variances.
• Support process improvements and SAP system enhancements through testing and implementation.
• Act as a point of contact for the Financial Shared Services team and AR administrators.
• Compile and analyze AR aging metrics for internal reporting.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align finance, order processing, and customer service.

Education
