Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage cash inflow, ensure AR and cash balances are accurate, and collaborate with internal and external customers to improve processes. The role requires hands-on ownership, independence, and attention to detail.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years in cash management (credit cards, wires, ACH, and lockbox), strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP. Collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in cash management (credit card, wires, ACH, lockbox).
• Experience with large retailers and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and post all customer payments promptly and accurately.
• Generate invoices, payment reminders, and account statements.
• Monitor unapplied cash and resolve application issues with stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries about payments and cash applications.
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate collections.
• Improve cash applications efficiencies with banking partners and IT.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for cash issues.
• Maintain records of transactions, adjustments, and communications.
• Analyze AR aging reports to identify problem accounts.
• Cross-train with team members to cover AR processes.
