Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage all accounts receivable activities with accurate and timely customer payments.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes professionally and promptly.
• Prepare aging and AR reports, providing insights on overdue accounts and collection trends.
• Reconcile AR accounts and ensure proper application of payments.
• Support month-end and year-end AR closing procedures and financial statement prep.
