Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, particularly in cash applications or collections.
• Experience in managing B2B collections and customer account follow-ups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts accurately.
• Manage B2B collections and follow up on past due balances with customers.
• Research and resolve customer deductions and payment discrepancies.
• Process credit and debit memos as necessary.
• Maintain organized records of daily cash receipts and customer payment activity.
• Respond to inquiries regarding account status from customers and sales teams.
• Prepare month-end binders and supporting documentation.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and assist with closing processes.
• Generate month-end schedules and reports for internal review.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable when needed.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements.
