Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced A/R Specialist to join their client's team in Nevada. You will manage cash receipts, collections, reconciliations, and customer accounts to maintain efficient financial operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with an ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Excellent attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems; MS Dynamics NAV preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (LOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIFS) and large data handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply payments, research unapplied cash.
• Monitor aging, collect past-due balances, resolve disputes.
• Reconcile AR subledger to GL and assist month-end close.
• Maintain customer accounts and remittance details; prepare credit memos/writes.
• Manage retailer deductions and chargebacks with departments.
