Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced A/R Specialist to join their client’s team in Nevada. This role focuses on cash receipts, collections, reconciliations, and customer account maintenance to keep financial operations efficient and accurate.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of AR experience, proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics NAV) and advanced Excel, and strong communication skills to coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Dynamics NAV.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, SUMIFS) with large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete items.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply customer payments and resolve unapplied cash.
• Monitor aging, collect on past-due balances, and resolve disputes.
• Reconcile AR subledger to GL and support month-end close.
• Maintain customer accounts, terms, remittance details, and credit info.
• Monitor deductions for retailers and ensure proper classification and resolution.
