Job summary

Slate is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to own daily transactional work across deposits, vehicle sales, and merchandise. You will process cash, refunds, and reconciliations, ensuring AR integrity in a fast-moving startup environment.

The role requires 3-5 years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP AR. You'll interact with multiple teams and support process improvements while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong cash application, reconciliations, aging analysis, and exception management.
• Experience with SAP AR and familiarity with payment processors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply daily cash across deposits, vehicle balance payments, and merchandise sales; match to customers and orders.
• Prepare AR reconciliations, aging analyses, and close tasks with SOX-style controls.
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, breaks, and discrepancies across processors and internal teams.
• Support system changes, test new payment methods, and document results for AR close.
