Slate is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to own daily transactional work across reservation deposits, vehicle sales, and merchandise. You will apply payments in SAP, process refunds, and monitor unapplied cash, while maintaining AR integrity and resolving discrepancies with customers and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in AR, strong SAP AR experience, advanced Excel, and familiarity with payment processing.

Formación

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable in a high-transaction environment.
• Strong AR fundamentals: cash application, deposits, AR aging, reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP AR (or similar ERP).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Exposure to SOX controls is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Apply daily cash across reservations, vehicle balance payments, and merchandise; match payments to customers in SAP.
• Perform refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations; monitor unapplied cash queue and resolve items.
• Prepare daily/monthly AR reconciliations across processors and bank accounts; complete close tasks.
• Develop and maintain desk procedures; document and escalate gaps per policy.
• Support system changes and cross-functional teams; test payment methods and log issues.
