Clark National Accounts is expanding our Accounts Receivable team and seeking motivated AR Specialists to help transform the AR function. You will partner with customers and internal teams to manage accounts receivable, resolve payment issues, reduce aging balances, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection tasks for overdue invoices and choose optimal actions.
• Establish and update customer records and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate collection procedures with divisional leaders and drive process improvements.
• Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain reporting tools and offer insights into progress and activities.
• Negotiate and formalize payment plans with customers as needed.
• Initiate and respond to legal measures for accounts when required.
