Job summary

CFS is seeking an AR Specialist for an on-site role in Springfield, OH. The successful candidate will manage invoicing, collections, and account resolution to support cash flow objectives and improve AR performance.

Role Overview- AR Specialist

The AR Specialist is responsible for customer invoicing, collections, and account resolution to support cash flow objectives and improve accounts receivable performance. This role partners with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and ensure accurate payment application.

Key Responsibilities of AR Specialist

• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and outstanding account balances.
• The AR Specialist will support cash flow analysis and accounts receivable reporting.
• Proactively follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies.

Required Qualifications Of AR Specialist
