Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for its on-site team in West Bridgewater, MA. You will own the full AR cycle, interact with customers, and help optimize collections and cash applications.

You will collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting to resolve disputes, post payments, and support month-end close. This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and cash applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process
• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely
• Post and reconcile customer payments, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and checks
• Monitor aging reports and perform collections activities
• Resolve customer billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve outstanding balances
• Assist with cash forecasting and reporting as needed
• Support process improvement initiatives related to receivables and collections

Key Responsibilities
