Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team in a hybrid work environment after training. You will support the AR function, handle invoicing and payments, and assist with special projects in a close-knit accounting department.

The role requires 3+ years of AR experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. Opportunity for professional growth within a remodeled, modern office setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AR experience.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
• Verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
• Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
