Onbe is seeking a Financial Operations AR Specialist to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will reconcile transactions, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting within a collaborative finance team.

This hybrid role requires 2 onsite days per week in the Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas metro areas, with occasional travel. A base salary is complemented by an annual bonus and strong benefits."

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Familiarity with general accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Great Plains is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the finance and accounting field.

Responsabilidades

• Reconciliations: Perform routine reconciliations of financial records, including bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger accounts.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and help resolve basic discrepancies in financial data, escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Data Entry & Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
• Reporting Support: Assist in preparing standard financial reports and summaries for internal use.
• Compliance: Follow internal controls and company policies to support compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support day‑to‑day accounting operations.
• Automation: Explore opportunities for process automation and implement tools or systems to enhance efficiency in reconciliation tasks.
