Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Greenville, SC seeks an Accounts Receivables Reconciliation Analyst to ensure timely cash flow and accurate AR records. You’ll collaborate across Billing, Sales, Operations, and Finance, drive past-due reductions, and support AI-enabled finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hybrid in-office Tue-Wed-Thurs and WFH Mon and Fri, with a strong focus on analytics, process improvement, and reliable reporting to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable or a related finance function.
• Knowledge AI-supported tools for finance and AR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective reconciliation, driving actionable cash flow processes.
• Drive reduction of past-due receivables while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Research, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice disputes in a timely manner.
• Partner cross-functionally with Billing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payments received and processed.
• Monitor account aging, identify risk trends, and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Assist with process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Actively grow knowledge and support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and future-state finance initiatives.
