Qualifications

• Accounts receivable background preferred
• Experience with payment posting at a revenue cycle management company
• Healthcare claims and billing software familiarity
• Degree in business or related field or equivalent management experience
• Ability to collaborate with diverse global groups
• Experience with offshore vendors a plus
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality and quantity of AR staff, with action plans.
• Manage month-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
• Analyze AR balances and aging fluctuations.
• Ensure staff training and SOP development.
• Lead global and domestic team collaboration and motivation.
• Develop project plans and trackers for global staff.
• Review weekly workload and staffing recommendations.
• Identify process improvements and potential RPA opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings and issue resolution.
• Supervise staff and conduct interviews and training.
