Brooks Automation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Manager to lead AR daily operations, portal administration, and customer inquiries. You’ll drive collections, reporting, and process improvements in a global manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes leadership of AR teams, SLAs, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, IT, and Customer Service to optimize cash flow and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field experience.
• 7+ years of Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Credit & Collections experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience working in a global business environment
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• AR Operations Leadership: Supervise daily AR operational activities and monitor SLAs.
• Portal Administration & Customer Enablement: Own portals and manage onboarding and billing compliance.
• Customer Inquiry Management: Lead AR shared mailboxes and respond to inquiries timely.
• Collections & Escalation Management: Guide global collections and address past-due issues.
• Reporting & Analytics: Deliver weekly/monthly AR packages and KPI dashboards.
• First-Line Escalation Management: Handle payment disputes and high-value delinquencies.
• Leadership Responsibilities: Coach AR team, support hiring, and foster continuous improvement.
