Instar Management Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Southlake, TX. You will oversee the end-to-end AR cycle for multiple portfolio entities, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely cash application, and clean aging.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations and sales, reviews invoices, monitors aging, resolves billing discrepancies, and enforces credit policies.

Formación

• GAAP familiarity and AR processes, including general ledger interactions.
• Invoicing, credit review, collections and cash application experience.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret aging reports and identify trends.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience leading AR staff and implementing standardized AR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable cycle for multiple portfolio companies.
• Handle invoicing, payment application, customer account reconciliation and collections.
• Review and approve invoices, monitor aging, resolve billing discrepancies. Partner with operations and sales.
• Manage credit evaluations, set credit limits, enforce policies, and provide AR metrics to finance leadership.
• Propose process improvements; support month-end close; use insights to improve cash flow.
