SMTC Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable to lead the AR function across multiple sites. You will drive invoicing accuracy, collections, cash application, and reconciliations while ensuring strong internal controls and SOX compliance.

Applicants should bring 8+ years in AR with 3+ years in leadership, exposure to ERP systems, and a track record of process automation to improve working capital and customer experience. This onsite Dallas-based role reports to Finance leadership.

Formación

• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive Accounts Receivable, credit and collections experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading Accounts Receivable, collections, credit, or related finance teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and implementing process automation within AR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for AR operations including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Develop AR and collections strategies to improve cash flow and reduce past-due receivables.
• Establish policies, controls, and performance standards for consistent AR execution across the organization.
