Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounts receivable, accounting, or related field.
• Experience with contracts, billing terms, and customer obligations.
• Contract management or contract-related accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR and collections processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Help day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Review customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address billing or payment issues.
• Maintain accurate AR records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports and other accounts receivable metrics.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve customer account issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, controls, and collection procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the accounts receivable team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established accounting procedures.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as needed.
