Work Schedule: Full-Time, Fully On-Site | 40 hours/week

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base salary + discretionary 5%–10% bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the company's A/R function and oversee day-to-day accounts receivable activities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely receivables, driving collections, improving processes, and holding the A/R function accountable for performance and results.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on A/R professional with strong supervisory experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. This role will manage one direct report and work closely with accounting and company leadership.
