Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Boutique medical device and technology distribution company bringing innovative healthcare products to specialized markets is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to work closely with the CFO and manage an AR staff. This is an on-site opportunity in Hollywood, FL.

Seeking someone who can balance analytical thinking with leadership — someone who can dive into the numbers, streamline processes, and build an efficient, proactive collections strategy.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance operations (leadership experience a plus); run a team and be able to set up AR, look at analytics, past due, and trends. Bring down collections. Understands the ins and outs of AR
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Job Description

• Lead and support the Accounts Receivable team in daily operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances
• Oversee customer communications related to billing, payments, and collections
• Analyze AR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to align on account status and resolutions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
