ES Management Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivables/Accounting Specialist to join the accounting team. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and focuses on billing, collections, and AR reconciliation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing AR aging, posting payments, invoicing, and researching discrepancies. The candidate should have strong Excel skills and at least 2 years in accounting, with GAAP understanding and good communication skills.

Formación

• Experience in fast pace and high volume environments.
• Excellent understanding of GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable aging and reconcile to GL.
• Oversee invoicing and revenue source documentation; ensure accuracy of sales data.
• Post and deposit payments; process daily collection reports.
• Research discrepancies and resolve AR issues.
• Handle returned payments and chargebacks.
• Audit refunds and offsets; develop and maintain reports.
• Data entry for multiple entities; support general accounting tasks.
