Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounts receivable, deductions, claims, disputes, or collections experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a deductions team, ensuring performance, accountability, and coverage.
• Manage claims and deductions through resolution, including disputed and denied claims.
• Conduct trend and root cause analyses to identify opportunities for reduction and prevention.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve deduction-related issues.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage escalations and support compliance with deductions policies.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members.
