Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a Deductions Specialist at its Park Ridge, NJ headquarters. The role focuses on managing and resolving deductions in HighRadius DMS and SAP S/4HANA, including trade spend audits and dispute recovery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Brokers, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain to identify recurring errors and improve the aging ledger while maintaining accurate deduction aging metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of AR deductions and trade spend experience in CPG or food/beverage.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA, HighRadius DMS, and TELUS.

Responsibilities

• Deduction lifecycle ownership: research, categorize, reconcile high-volume deductions.
• Audit and validate trade deductions against programs and TELUS records.
• Gather receipts and docs to dispute invalid shortages and fines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brokers, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain to reduce errors.
