• 5+ years of accounts receivable, deductions, claims, disputes, or collections experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a deductions team, ensuring performance, accountability, and coverage.
• Manage claims and deductions through resolution, including disputed and denied claims.
• Conduct trend and root cause analyses to identify opportunities for reduction and prevention.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Responsible for leading the daily management of client deductions and claims, including product, freight, shortage, overage, and damage claims from initiation through resolution. This role drives deduction reduction through trend analysis, root cause identification, process improvement, and policy enforcement. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with dispute resolution expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across departments and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
