Job summary

Ramp Corp. is hiring a Customer Activation Manager for Ramp Accounts Receivable to own the customer-facing implementation and adoption plan. You will partner with the account team and specialists to ensure invoicing and cash processes are efficient and repeatable, focusing on early design and long-term adoption.

This role suits someone with finance workflows experience who can create structure as a product grows, collaborating with Controllers, AR operators, and technical partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, onboarding, implementations, or similar.
• Led post-sale implementation or workflow adoption from discovery to first use.
• Ability to map a finance workflow and identify blockers.
• Clear communication with finance stakeholders and cross-functional partners; own next steps.
• Comfort without a mature playbook and improving processes for future customers.

Responsibilities

• Discover how customers create invoices and follow up on unpaid balances.
• Lead setup through first use, training, and repeat adoption.
• Align controllers, AR operators, account teams, and partners on prerequisites and timelines.
• Identify adoption blockers and escalate payment-matching or integration issues with evidence.
• Document learnings in reusable discovery, onboarding, and handoff practices.
