Job summary

Ramp is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success & Implementations Specialist to guide upmarket customers through Ramp’s AP Automation and Procurement products. You will configure workflows to align with internal processes and drive efficiency and compliance within the Ramp platform.

You will build deep product knowledge, partner with Product and Engineering to surface insights, and manage multiple activations with a focus on accelerating adoption and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or implementations for AP/Procurement products.
• Strong project and time management skills with multiple customers on track.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex workflows simply.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to collect feedback and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise customers through end-to-end onboarding of Ramp Bill Pay and Procurement.
• Educate customers on Ramp AP workflows, procurement best practices, and policy configuration.
• Identify blockers, reinforce value, and guide customers toward an optimized rollout.
• Become deeply knowledgeable in Ramp’s Bill Pay & Procurement capabilities and troubleshoot issues.
